On 24/8/2022 While taking delivery it seems bearing no OD09K2677 service is OK . But I am astonished today that some of your workshop staff is involved in mal practice.They have removed the clip to turnover the rear seat. & now unable to twist the rear seat. Moreover the jack rod has been interchange.My scorpio is serviced at your showroom since the day of purchase & it's annoying that these types of activity is done in your workshop. I don't want any replacement or compensation from your end. These type of activicty will be the hindrance on UTKAL AUTOMOBILE's image.

Most of the time Spare parts are not available immediately. Few services takes longer period of time to resolve.
